L:  Good afternoon, what is your name?
J : My name is Julian Dario pardo
 J: Tell me about you
L:  I'm electronic engineer, I’m 22 years old, I study at university autonomous of Colombia, I’m specialist college Hamburg  I traveled and did a master, I’m just running for completing a doctorate at the University  Harvard , and I worked apple for 5 years.
 L: What is your major achievement?
J: My major achievement has been that I graduate with honors that give the possibility to work in apple
J:  How important is work to you
L:  Its very important for me to work because that’s the way in can put on practice all my knowledge and I it gives me the money to cover expenses.
L:  Do you like to work in a team or on your own?
J: I prefer to work in a team because that’s the way you can give the best solution to the problems and you can discuss the options and also because i can learn from the point of view of my partners.
J:  What are your strengths and weaknesses?
L:  My strengths are: I like to work on a team, I accept advices, I learn easily and I’m tolerant.
My weaknesses are: I’m a perfectionist person and I’m very exigent.
L:  What do you know about our organization?
J:  This organization manipulates petroleum, gas and alternatives fuels, is compromise whit the environment y the sustainable development, additionally I know about the well-being that you offer to the employers and that you help to the communities where the organization operates.
 J: What motivates you?
 L:  My biggest motivation is to contribute with my knowledge to the company In the electronic area, optimizing and solving the problems in the treatment plants.
L: What did you learn in your last job?
J:  in my last job I learned to hear my team and to work with them, this way we could optimize different areas where there were problems, for example in the security of the fuel transport, in the treatment of the petroleum avoiding the waste and to take the most of our minerals.
J:  How long would you plan to stay with this company?
J:  I can’t say an exactly number of year but what I can say is that I like to be here for the right time to do perfectly all the projects that this company assign me .
L:  What will you do if you don’t get this job?
L:  I would be very disappointed whit myself, but I would explore other option and look for more opportunities in other places.
J:  What are you good at?
J:  I’m strong in the area of low consumption systems and in the automation, that’s why I have made my postgraduate course in those areas. But I recognize that it’s important to learn from other areas and I’m willing to do it.
L:  Why should we offer you the job?
L:  Because I considered I have the professional education for this job, also I have experience because of my previous jobs and y really want to be part of this important company
J:  What sort of salary are you expecting?
J:  My last salary was 10000 dollars, but the idea of looking for a new job is to change the environment but also upgrade my salary,
L:  What sort of person are you?
L: I’m a responsible and honest person and I’m in love with my profession, leader and enterprising, I’m willing to learn and if it’s necessary to teach and I will do everything for the work to be efficient and harmonious
